We offer 4 types of services to support every stage of a project, namely:
- energy audit (initial assessment),
- feasibility studies (technical and economic evaluation of a project),
- project management (design and supervision of project implementation),
- project owner assistance (personalized support service).
Audit
The energy audit, also called an energy diagnosis, can be conducted on a building or a specific application (equipment, industrial process, etc.). This study takes place in several phases:
- initial assessment (investigations),
- bilan énergétique des différents usages,
- recommendations and scenarios for reducing energy consumption,
- technical and economic analysis of recommendations and scenarios.
The energy audit is a real opportunity to assess, on one hand, its potential for energy savings and, on the other hand, its potential for reducing environmental footprint. For more in-depth analysis, the audit can be supplemented by instrumentation campaigns.
Our RGE certifications allow us to meet the eco-conditionality requirements for subsidies related to this type of service.
Feasibility studies
The feasibility study is the ultimate decision-making tool. This so-called technical and economic study first validates the technical feasibility of a solution or technology before assessing its economic impact, specifically its profitability.
The feasibility study generally focuses on the implementation of renewable energies (biomass, geothermal, solar, etc.), energy optimization solutions (district heating, waste heat, etc.), or energy supply.
Our RGE certifications allow us to meet the eco-conditionality requirements for subsidies related to this type of service.
Project management
Project management services allow the project owner (client and/or user of the work or equipment) to benefit from a design that meets the program (needs expressed by the project owner) while ensuring construction at the best cost through competitive bidding among contractors. To achieve this, we carry out:
- project definition and overall design (preliminary studies),
- preparation of specifications (project studies),
- analysis of contractors’ bids,
- execution studies or their approval,
- project management and site supervision,
- commissioning and acceptance of installations.
The comprehensive approach to project management on behalf of the project owner, along with engineering independence, ensures the success of your project.
Project Owner Assistance
The Project Owner Assistance mission supports our clients on technical, administrative, financial, and legal aspects. These assistance missions may cover:
- project setup and monitoring from feasibility to completion,
- contracting under global market agreements (public service delegation, global performance contract, design-build-operate),
- establishment and monitoring of operation contracts,
- operational monitoring and performance validation,
- assistance technique.
Overall, our assistance services are intrinsically tailored to the needs jointly defined with the project owner.
