Fluid project management mission (Heating, Ventilation, high voltage, low voltage, sanitary plumbing).

Our main tasks

• Installation of a dual-flow ventilation system,
• Connection to the municipal district heating network,
• Rainwater harvesting system,
• High and low voltage electricity,
• Fire Safety System,
• Creation of an access control and anti-intrusion system,
• Implementation of a BMS (Building Management System).

Project characteristics

New building: 1,950 m² (GFA) – RT 2012 – EFAE – Bbio -50%.
