Provide the industrial company Socomore with a comprehensive view of its site’s energy performance and identify particularly energy-intensive areas and potential energy savings opportunities.

Our main tasks

• Diagnosis of the building envelope,
• Diagnosis of the site’s energy equipment,
• Building heat loss assessment,
• Bilan de consommation énergétique (électricité, gaz naturel, eau),
• Analysis of the site’s energy performance (Energy Performance Indicator – EPI).

Project characteristics

• Building area: 6,600 m²,
• 2 natural gas boilers of 610 kW each,
• Industrial processes (surface treatment solution manufacturing process).

Proposal

• Thermal insulation (walls/roof),
• Improvement of heating and extraction fan control and scheduling,
• Implementation of heat recovery on the AHUs (Air Handling Units),
• LED relamping,
• Solar thermal production,
• Photovoltaic production,
• Installation of a wood-fired boiler room.

This audit highlighted the weaknesses of the site and its equipment.
