The client’s objectives and expectations

The redevelopment of the condensate network at the steam coil outlets has been planned. The objective is to supply a new smoke preheating coil on a DeNOx system. This modification aims to ensure the longevity of the installations.

Our main tasks

• Diversion of the 15-bar condensate hydraulic network towards a vaporization tank near the condensate/smoke exchanger,
• Installation of a vaporization tank, pressure regulation, flow regulation,
• Installation of supply piping for hot water coils powered by 14-bar condensate, flow regulation, and coil temperature regulation,
• Installation of piping from coil outlet to existing flash tank,
• Installation of flash steam piping to existing installations for recovery on existing medium-pressure steam systems,
• Installation of platforms and access to the new equipment.
